I am looking to do a tactical challenge in the beginning of the summer. I hurt my back two weeks ago, so i completely laid off heavy lifting….. Im just doing a lot of body weight exercises, diff variations of planks, hip bridges, a lot of foam rolling and stretching…..Is there anything else in specific I should focus on until I go train on Saturday? Im also doing my chin-ups, I am up to two chin-ups in between any set of exercises I do….
Thanks =]

Great info Joe, we have been trying to foam roll and do a lot more mobility lately and it seems to help.
