Bill Winter’s Experience at the Underground Strength Gym

One of my good friends, Bill winters, has been training in my program for the last 8 months in preparation for his upcoming football season with Reading Express (IFL). Bill traveled an hour to the Underground Strength Gym 3x a week. If that isn’t commitment and dedication I don’t know what is. This is something that 90% of athletes wouldn’t do because “it’s too far”, “it costs too much in gas” bla bla bla. Nowadays most athletes aren’t hungry and instead they are content with being mediocre. This isn’t the case for Billy Winters.

I don’t know too many QUATERBACKS that are as strong or explosive as Bill. In my program, Bill has recently squatted 515lbs, and deadlifted over 500lbs for 1 rep maxes. In his last pro combine he had a 36’’ vertical jump, ran a 4.64 40 yard dash and did 24 reps on the bench press test.  I think it’s fair to say that Bill is a freak athlete. My goal for Billy was to turn him into a mutant of an athlete and bullet proof his body from injury. Today, I have no doubt in my mind that he will kick some serious ass on the gridiron this year.

I wish Bill the best of luck his upcoming season (his second in professional football). He has been a dream client and a role model for all the high school and younger athletes I train. His work ethic is impeccable and his commitment to becoming a GREAT athlete is unquestionable. Check out this video below about Bill himself speaking about this off season.
