Synergy Athletics Seminar Recap

This weekend I was fortunate enough to attend the first ever Synergy Athletics Seminar at Joe Hashey's gym in upstate New York. I have been dieing to visit Joe's gym so needless to say I was extremely pumped up to for this seminar. My friend and fellow strength coach, John Gaglione, and I woke up at 5 A.M. Sunday morning to make the 4 hour trip up to the seminar and Joe certainly did not disappoint! For the first hour or so we talked about periodizaion and exercise selection. AMPED Seminar Recap

AMPED Seminar Review This weekend I was luckily enough to attend James Smith's and Joe Defranco's first ever AMPED Seminar at DeFranco's Gym. Needless to say this seminar kicked some serious ass. Whenever you get a chance to learn from the best and most knowledgeable guys in the industry, you better do whatever you can to get your ass there. I loved this seminar because it was real world stuff that I was able to start doing with my athletes the next day. Saturday night I could barely sleep because I was so excited for Sunday. Q&A: Max Effort Lifts

Joe, After reading every powerlifting post over the years it was placed in my head that you rotate your max effort lift every 1-3 weeks, possibly longer for younger, beginner athletes. Now I remember reading an article that you wrote in which you claim you choose a few lifts and rotate them minimally throughout the year and focus on improving form and becoming better at these lifts.
