5 Protein Smoothie Recipes
Check out this list of 5 of my favorite protein smoothie shakes. As you can see I prefer to use all raw and organic ingredients.
Smoothies are more effective then just mixing protein with some milk or water in the shaker because these shakes will actually fill you up and THEY TASTE BETTER!
Not to mention, all these shakes are super healthy and a great start to your morning or to aid in recovery after a workout. They are the perfect treat when whole food isn’t an option or if your just looking to sip on something sweet and healthy.
1) Post Workout Super Shake
2 Scoops of Sunwarrior Protein
1 Frozen Banana
6 Frozen Strawberries
6 Pitted Dates
1 TSP of Goji Berries
12 Ounces of Sweetened Almond Milk
2) Chocolate Desert Super Shake
2 Scoops of Chocolate Sunwarrior Protein
1 Banana
4-6 Pitted Dates
1-2 TBSP Cocoa Powder
1 Packet of Stevia
8-12 Ounces of Unsweetened Almond Milk
3) The Skinny Bastard Super Shake
2-3 Scoops of Chocolate Sunwarrior Protein
1 Frozen Banana
5 Frozen Strawberries
4 Pitted Dates
1 TSP of Goji Berries
1 TBSP of Cacao Nibs
1 Packet of Stevia
1 TBSP Cocoa Powder
1 TBSP of Coconut Oil
8-12 Ounces of Sweetened Almond Milk

4) Morning Blueberry Blast
2 Scoops of Chocolate Sunwarrior Protein
1 Cup of Blueberries
1 TBSP of Coconut Oil
8 Ounces of Unsweetened Almond Milk

5) Chocolate Peanut Butter
2 Scoops of Sunwarrior Protein
2 TBSP of Organic Peanut Butter
1 TBSP of Cocoa Powder
1 Packet of Stevia
8-12 Ounces of Sweetened Almond Milk

You did a great job with these protein shakes. They look good. I will try them. I use On Platinum Whey Protein. It is getting more and more expensive too so I buy one flavor chocolate. Thanks again.
