One of the most common issues I find with unmotivated guys that make excuses when it comes to training is they always blame somebody but themselves. They are not self motivated to achieve their goals and instead just sit back and make excuses. They can’t workout alone, they need a spot to bench press or squat, or they need their iPod to motivate them. The list goes on and on.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned at the Underground is to motivate yourself to get sh*t done and this is why I am sharing this video with you. For the past 3 years, I’ve never had a training partner. I’ve squatted alone, bench pressed alone and have done most of my workouts without a single person in the gym. I don’t make excuses as to why I can’t lift heavy without a spotter or complain that I need a training partner to workout. The truth is if you want something bad enough, you will find a way to get it done. It don’t matter if it’s in the gym, in life or in business. You can’t wait for others to motivate you and push you. ¬†Instead, find a way to care enough about your own life to get it done yourself.
