  • Program Design 101…You will learn how to properly implement the Olympic lifts into your current training program to maximize results without overtraining.
  • Progressions…Specific coaching cues and specific progressions so you can properly teach and implement these lifts with your lifters and athletes.
  • Flexibility and mobility…The best static stretches to improve wrist and shoulder flexibly for an improved front squat and clean grip
