Super Simple Shoulder Mobility Exercise

Her guys, Check out this quick video I posted on a super simple mobility exercise for your shoulders.


Add this circuit into the end of your warm up or in between sets during your workout.

Do 3 total sets during your workout.

You can also do it at the end of your workout or on you off days as recovery.
