The # 1 Way To Get Results

I always hear people say they want to loose weight, get stronger or bigger BUT when it comes to actually doing it and living the code, some people want no part of that. They want everything to come to them easy and not have to get their hands dirty and work for it. If you ask me, that is just flat out being LAZY and not committed to your goals.

Everybody that trains has an end goal and wants to get results. For me, its to be STRONG as hell. That’s why I train the way I do but it wasn’t always this case…

I remember back in high school I would sit late at night at my computer trying to write the perfect program. Back then I didn’t really know all too much about program design. I spent many hours trying to figure out this magic program that would deliver me these awesome results. It wasn’t until I got to college that I started to figure out that training your ass off is way more important then finding the perfect program to follow.

Chances are you have ran into similar roadblocks in your past. What most people don’t realize is it has very little to do with what you are doing BUT everything to do with your commitment to what you are doing it. Does a great program help? Of course it does but not when commitment and intensity is lacking.

How many people do you know that have told you that P90X or the Insanity workouts are the best workouts they have had? Chances are quite a few. Hell, why do you think some people get awesome results from Crossfit? Trust me, it’s not the magical programming that does it.

Here is the reason why…

It’s all about COMMITMENT. People that are committed will get results. People that half ass it and train like a little girl will not get results

You can have the best program in the world but if your not committed and you aren’t training like a man, you won’t get good results. On the flip side, you can have the stupidest program in the world BUT if  you follow it and commit yourself then you will get results.

I don’t care what your goals are…. getting ripped, getting strong,, getting bigger or whatever else. Ask yourself, are you COMMITTED to your training?
